Cassava is the second staple food for Liberia. VADEMCO train smallholder farmers the best agriculture practices in production and processing cassava using demonstrative method on the farmers’ own plots. The knowledge and skills gained by the smallholders’ cassava farmers have now transformed in small agro-enterprises, which bring extra income to the family and abundant food in the household.
